In-stock orders

In-stock orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and varies by destination and service.

Preorders and made-to-order items

Items marked Preorder or Made to Order follow the production estimate shown on the product page. Many current apparel preorders require approximately 3–4 weeks of production before shipping. If an order contains products with different production timelines, items may ship separately.

Production estimates are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a material delay occurs, we will send an update using the contact information provided with the order.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is emailed when a shipment is dispatched. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@chozenunlimited.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

Carrier delays

ChoZen Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect customer-provided information, but we will help investigate a shipment when possible.
